I’m very satisfied with the diapers. They’re practical, and there were even care instructions included. The price is reasonable, and the diaper colors are lovely. Customer service was very helpful when I contacted them several times.

The products seem to be good quality, but I didn’t receive the right color for one of my cloth diapers.

My order arrived quickly. I’m satisfied with the product so far. The quality is pretty good. I think I’ll still buy more inserts to make laundry rotation easier. You need to change the diaper very regularly to avoid major leaks and having to change everything (insert AND cover) each time! Make sure to use a liner, or even two, for poop... (let it stick out a little at the back of the diaper. It doesn’t look great, but there’ll be less mess everywhere!) I’ll see how they hold up with longer-term use!

For a first order, I think it is necessary to speak to an advisor because cloth diapers require some explanation.

Pleasant website to browse. More advice and information about cloth diapers for beginners would be welcome. Fast delivery and the order arrived as expected.

Good product, but given how much the diaper leaks, I might as well go for all-in-ones that need changing every time, because in my case it's impossible to use this diaper twice in a row.

The parcel arrived in perfect condition, with all the products neatly packed and protected. The order arrived one day later than the estimated date, but parcel tracking was enabled and up to date.

Diapers received in less than a week. Someone contacted me because one of my diapers was out of stock. They were very friendly and kindly offered me the choice of another model or a refund. I haven't had any leaks with the all-in-one diapers so far, but I've only tried them a few times since I just received them for my 4-month-old baby.

It's easy to find what you're looking for. The bundles are well put together and look lovely. The explanations are clear. I regret that there is no information about where the diapers are made (China) and that the SGS label seems to have been obtained.

The website is easy to understand and efficient when it comes to order preparation and delivery. However, a size guide would be helpful; I was surprised by the size of two products I ordered.

I placed an order and received it sooner than the stated delivery time. The cloth diapers are very pretty. I've been using them for two days and haven't had any minor leaks, but that's normal since the inserts haven't yet reached their maximum absorbency. We'll see how they hold up over time, but so far, no problems.

The cloth diaper set is very good, easy to use, and pretty. A few minor points: too much buildup with my usual detergent (but that's not their fault), each diaper is individually wrapped in plastic in addition to the packaging for the set (if we buy reusable products, it's because we're trying to reduce our waste), and the country of manufacture (it's a shame that Made in France products cost an exorbitant amount).

Delivery time was as promised. The diapers are very pretty and practical. An extra snap at the other end would have been a plus. Free delivery would also be a small improvement. Otherwise, the site is very well designed, and the explanations are precise and help you make a choice. The TE2 diapers I chose are very easy to use every day. I recommend them.

I ordered:
Pack of 5 bamboo inserts for cloth diapers
Microfiber insert for cloth diaper
All-in-two cloth diaper (AI2), snap waterproof cover - Lucky Star
The products look good. I simply noticed that the bamboo inserts take a little while to dry.
I haven't used them yet because the baby hasn't been born yet; the due date is early October.

Slightly disappointed with my latest order, not with the products themselves but with the description of the all-in-one diapers.
However, overall, everything was very satisfactory, from order handling and processing to shipping and delivery.
And of course, I recommend "Maman et Bébé Nature" for the quality of its products and simply to encourage the use of cloth diapers... I will also order my supplies from this site again!
See you soon, Maman et Bébé Nature!

More instructions on how to use them and a few tips would be helpful... (how to remove golden-yellow poop stains! How to stop them spreading beyond the inserts, whether to choose an insert that goes inside or outside...). What a shame. Otherwise, the material is great and delivery was very good.
