The box was too small to accommodate the Zefal protective film, so it ended up bent. A box of good size would have allowed this product to be laid flat. Furthermore, but this is not directly the fault of Matériel-velo, the box arrived damaged (no product was missing or damaged).

I would have liked to be notified by email or SMS about the availability of my order in the store for pickup. That was not the case, I had to check the merchant site for the status of the order to know it was delivered and therefore to pick it up.

Yes, but could do better! Nothing to say about Matériel-velo: I am fully satisfied with my new shoes. I wouldn't say the same about DPD with whom I have always had problems. Late delivery, approximate and imprecise communication and two days lost waiting in vain to be delivered. Change your provider, please!
