Satisfied with the purchase and with the shipping time which has been really short. Although there are some scratches on the spokes, I suppose because the material lacked some protection to avoid bumps during shipping.

Hello,
At the time of your order, the item ordered was indicated as shipping within 2-4 days. We encountered a supply delay and the shipment only took place after 6 days, and we are sorry for that. This is an event independent of our will and we are certain to do better next time.

I ordered Mavic Instant 360D wheel hub bearings. One bearing was grinding, unfortunately I noticed it after the wheel was assembled. Not great, a bearing that is dead in an original Mavic pouch. Usually, I am satisfied with bike equipment.

The material-velo site is very good, the products are varied and available, the shipping is fast. The only problem is Chronopost now. My last 3 deliveries went badly, with a lot of delays. I received my package after 8 days even though I chose Chronopost specifically to be sure to be delivered the next day. It was the last time I paid more to be delivered later.

Having paid for my order by check, from sending it to receiving the package, the delivery took 10 days which is reasonable and correct. Bravo and thank you for your professionalism. Best regards.

For a first order, I am very satisfied with the service and delivery, plus Matériel vélo accepts bank checks which is important for me as I no longer want to order online with my payment card. Thank you Christian
