I would have liked to be notified by email or SMS about the availability of my order in the store for pickup. That was not the case, I had to check the merchant site for the status of the order to know it was delivered and therefore to pick it up.

Very satisfied with the Materiel-vélo team. I ordered tubeless wheels with free tire mounting. The shipping of my order was quick and careful. I also requested to change the freehub body to fit a SRAM 12V drivetrain, which they did at no extra charge.
