The delivery time was too long (more than 15 days), whereas it was indicated 2-4 days at the time of my order. Customer service explained to me that a part was missing but this was not indicated on the site. I was treated very poorly on the phone in the store when I called to find out where my order was: "There's no point in calling, as long as you haven't received it in May". However, it turned out that the order had arrived at the store and I had not been notified. He obviously did not apologize. I will not order from Matériel Vélo again.

Processing an exchange is too long... with product return

You returned a pair of shoes without its original packaging, which normally makes the return non-compliant with our return conditions.
You then indicated that you wanted an exchange for another size, leaving us the choice between two different sizes. We therefore contacted you to find out which specific size you wanted, but no response was received despite our message.
In the absence of a response from you for fifteen days, and in order to close the file, we proceeded to send a replacement order.
We also draw your attention to the fact that your request involved a change of size greater than two sizes, which is not trivial and generally requires explicit validation from the customer, given the constraints of availability and size consistency.
We are sincerely sorry if you perceived unsatisfactory treatment from our after-sales service. However, we believe we have done what was necessary to respond favorably to your request, despite an initially non-compliant situation with the return conditions.

Good product, properly packaged. 3 stars for the shipping delay, having supply issues is okay, but given the initial shipping delay announced on the site, it was not feasible for a product that was not in stock. For a first purchase, this does not instill confidence for a future purchase regarding shipping times. So if you are not in a hurry and you take into account to multiply the announced delay by 4 or 5, no problem. However, if you rely on the announced delay with a small margin there ....
