I think it's a bug on the site but during promotions certain colors are no longer available in the selected size, and when changing colors to find the available one, the size changes to the one available, I wear L/XL and I got a cyclist S

Great choice of products and very reasonable prices. Generally, delivery is super fast, but this time the delivery person did not deliver the package to the requested pickup point and delivered it instead 18 km away from my home. However, on the day of delivery, the requested store was indeed open from 7 am to 9 pm, so there was no reason not to deliver there.

I like the site and so far no problems hence my 4 stars, but I found a lack of communication about the significant unexpected delay of my last order. An email to inform about a delay compared to the expected deadline would have been welcome and would have allowed me to find another solution.

The package arrived a few days later than expected, since it came from abroad, and it was not clear that there were two pieces in each bag instead of one, but overall everything is fine. Thank you, I am satisfied with the service

Fast shipping and good communication. But return costs entirely at the buyer's expense. This is in accordance with the accepted general conditions but other sites offer better in this regard.

The products and the quality-price ratio are excellent but I had problems with the delivery with the DPD relay point. The point selected during the online sale no longer existed. DPD was not aware. The delivery person indicates the point is closed without specifying the definitive closure. I had to claim twice to DPD to get a new relay point. Maybe DPD has corrected the available relay points since then. Maybe!!!
