I have been a customer at bike equipment for a while and I find them very professional. Nothing to complain about. However, for this order, the delivery time of a pair of Mavic wheels took more than fifteen days even though they were in stock at the time of the order. I wanted to mount them to do my first Mont Ventoux on September 5 (Wheels ordered on 20/08/2025) and I received them the day before but I had already left unfortunately. I was disappointed. For the rest, no issues.

The Shimano equipment received was already used (very visible assembly marks), damaged (significant scratches and damaged screws), without its original Shimano packaging but in reconditioning plastic bags. It is a Dura Ace brake caliper, sold as new by your establishment. A second product - CeramicSpeed BB86 coated bottom bracket - was received incomplete. Both products have therefore been returned, with a request for a refund. It is likely that I will stop all orders on the Matériel Vélo site, which is really regrettable as I regularly order from your site and I am also a customer of the Matériel Vélo store in Dijon. Regarding the caliper, we acknowledge that it was a new part from an exhibition bike, which should have been indicated as such. We apologize for this error.
