2 Stars why. When I go to a store for a potential return of bike materials, they tell me to do the procedures online. The same fight for a request for a specific part order. So, I ask the question, what is the purpose of franchised stores? Another topic, a year ago, I purchased a refurbished bike, and I have had nothing but problems with this bike, and clearly, I feel like I was taken for a fool. If you wish, I can take more time to discuss this topic.
