unlike my first order of a pair of Bontrager wheels, packaged and shipped in the best conditions. My second order, also for a pair of Vision wheels, was prepared with a glaring lack of professionalism!!! One single box (not suitable for 2 wheels) and an axle that pierces the paper envelope sticking out 5 cm outside! As a result, the rear wheel axle scraped the ground or was shocked during transport and is all scratched. Moreover, the wheels inside were under tension against each other. This lack of preparation and verification before shipping is simply lamentable.

It is a standard packaging used by the manufacturer, over which we unfortunately have no control, except for specific requests or exceptional reconditioning. That being said, your situation remains an isolated case among a large number of wheels shipped in their original packaging, without incident.
