Delivery scheduled and PAID to be made to my home, however, the DPD delivery person decided otherwise...! So: delay and relocation to a pickup point only after my intervention with these incompetent people.

My last order contained only products in stock and I waited more than a week before the shipment of my order. I tried several times to reach customer service by phone, no response, and yet during business hours, I finally received a response by email telling me that my package was blocked due to a product not in stock, while it was in stock at the time of ordering.

As mentioned in our email exchanges, one of the references in your order (the SRAM quick releases) was indicated as shipping within 2-4 days, thus requiring restocking. Additionally, we had the July 14 holiday. Therefore, the shipping time was necessarily slightly longer, and we are sorry for that.

Following the purchase of 2 Vittoria Corsa Pro tube type tires 700/26c, I am disappointed with my order because installed on my Corima carbon 32ws the diameter measures painfully 24 mm (given for 26). After asking the Vittoria customer service, it is important to have a rim of 19 mm inner measurement. Mine is 16 mm which is why it's 24 instead of 26. At no time in the description on Matériel Vélo.com is this particularity noted. After research, there is a measurement table. Too bad for me.

We are sorry to learn that the Vittoria Corsa Pro tires do not meet your expectations in terms of section once mounted on your rims. Your remark is completely understandable: the effective width of a tire can indeed vary depending on the internal width of the rim, as you discovered by contacting Vittoria customer service. We mentioned the same thing during our phone conversation.
