The box of the Campagnolo freewheel was open in my well-sealed package! When trying to mount my freewheel, the supplied spacer was for a Shimano mount! I had to go to a bike material store to get the right spacer! Fortunately, the bike shop was able to help me right away!

A small false note regarding a product that was out of stock. A quick warning from Matériel Vélo.Com would have avoided some worry. I still recommend this site for its seriousness and speed of response.
