It is indicated that this protective cover is compatible with all SRAM AXS derailleurs, but it is not compatible with the SRAM S1000 Eagle AXS T-TYPE 12s derailleur. The return shipping costs are at my expense. Compared to the price of the item, I did not return it. I think next time I will go through Amazon.

However, on Friday the 22nd I made a return request for the 2 jerseys via your site (return item) and I have not received a response. The two jerseys do not fit my size. They are way too tight. Always satisfied with the site matériel vélo.com no issues. However, I am only half satisfied with the DPD carrier. I did not receive any notification to inform me that my package had arrived at the pick-up point. Next time I think I will go through Chronopost for one euro more.

I ordered a mountain bike chain from Materiel-velo because since I pass by the store, delivery is free and I thought I would have it quickly! Unfortunately, it took more than a week to receive it! It's really very long for a simple chain!!! I will not go through your site again if I am in a hurry!

Several purchases ok, however the crank screw shown on the site as being dependent on the washer. Finally my washer is fixed. So incompatible dura ace r9000. Seller who on the phone says yes indeed I have the screw in hand and it is not like on the site and half jokingly tells me that the return would cost as much as the refund because return fees at our expense even if misleading product and that if I wanted a free return it was at the nearest store, which is 2 hours away. I do not totally discourage but be vigilant because even their product description is misleading and no support.
