Hello, I had asked you for an offer to adapt the rear wheel from 142mm to 135x9. I certainly have the kit for the 9mm but what about changing the axle to 135. Can you find me a solution with the wheels I have.

I won a gift voucher of 20€. I could have been stingy and bought handlebar tape for 20€. I chose pedals and a chain available according to your site at MV Annecy. I decide to go there because my voucher did not work on the site. Arriving in Annecy, neither of the two items was available. I decide on pedals that the seller offers to send me for 10€ shipping. Back home, I see on the site that the shipping costs are 4€99. In total, these pedals, Time expresso, with the fuel costs, 200 km round trip, come to 100€, gift voucher deducted. Thank you for this gift voucher and thank you MV Annecy.

Material not compliant with the description bought a Dura Ace 52x36 crankset received a 52x34 which is not recommended by SHIMANO. Customer service not very responsive.

The box of the Campagnolo freewheel was open in my well-sealed package! When trying to mount my freewheel, the supplied spacer was for a Shimano mount! I had to go to a bike material store to get the right spacer! Fortunately, the bike shop was able to help me right away!

I ordered two Campagnolo 11-speed chain rivets. I received 1 rivet that matched the order and a second one that was completely different, packaged in a plastic bag and with dimensions not compatible with Campagnolo 11-speed chains. Of course, it's not a disaster, but when you order 2 rivets, you expect to receive 2 that match the order. If it's just a simple mistake, it's not a big deal (to err is human) but I have doubts because the barcodes of the two items were exactly the same. I made a return, and I received a credit. But time and shipping costs were lost. So there is still some room for improvement in the quality of order processing. I would like to specify that on other previous orders I had never had a problem and I still recommend this site for bike equipment.

15 days to receive a product advertised in 4 days! I had to contact the site because after a week the order had not been sent, I was told there was a supplier problem. The least they could have done was to inform me of the delay as soon as I placed my order. Next time I will order elsewhere.

Package not shipped in 24hrs.

100 euros for a bike rack that arrived after more than 3 weeks. With missing screws and incorrect mounting distances. Not suitable for a city mountain. I had to play with my press and my file to bend the tubes and recover the mounting points. In the end, it holds but not at all plug and play.
