Change of delivery store without asking for our opinion

I ordered winter MTB shoes. It was recommended to take our usual size. Big mistake, I couldn't even get my foot into the shoe. There was no larger size available, so I returned it. Refunded very quickly but the return was at my expense, which was €10.70.

Very satisfied with the product and the experience on the website. However, the delivery process with DPD was catastrophic: I had requested delivery to a pickup point. This was not done (reason given: package too large), then I requested home delivery which was also not done. I ended up going to pick up my package at the warehouse. A significant wait, agents on site struggling to find the packages. I ended up in the warehouse looking for my package. An agent finally managed to find it. Fortunately, my purchase was in good condition. However, I lost half a day as I had initially planned to pick it up at a pickup point. I no longer wish to ship my purchases via DPD. The previous experience a year ago was also unfortunate. I will not finalize my purchases if the only delivery option offered is this company.

The product is very good but the call to customer service is not great.

I can only be disappointed Home trainer received but once assembled I notice it has a defect I am returning it but I am told that it is now considered as a warranty issue and that it has been sent directly back to the manufacturer So now I have no home trainer and not even sure to get it back... when a direct replacement or refund would have been so quick and so customer-friendly...

I give 3 for a late shipment that apparently was left in the lockers ?????...... Strangely, as soon as I made my complaint, the package arrived 2 days later! Just a little email from Materiel Velo that it was abnormal for the delivery time. A small gesture would have been welcome with apologies. Otherwise, nothing to complain about the site and the products with the prices. JC

Regular buyer, the site is serious but the product descriptions are not very reliable.

I recently ordered button batteries cr 1632 on your site to replace mine on my Shimano di2 levers. Original Maxell. You sent me Eunicell cr 1632 batteries that do not work at all with my levers. For several days I tried in vain to remedy the problem until I changed the batteries again to Maxell. And everything is back to normal. It works! In conclusion, your batteries are not compatible with Shimano

Hello, I am completely satisfied with the "Materiel-velo.com" part. As usual, it was reactive and serious. So I give 5 stars. For the delivery part by "DPD", it was how to say... "less good"... The package was announced as "delivered" to the chosen pickup point when it was not... then found at the logistics base (about forty km away) where I was asked to go to retrieve it... After refusing, the package went back to the pickup point and could be retrieved after five days of wandering. So 1 star for DPD and an average of 3 for the experience lived.

I recently ordered the Feedback Omnium Over Drive foldable Home Trainer. I found it under the connected home trainers section. Similarly, in the description, it is stated that it is compatible with platforms like Zwift (...). However, all this misleads the consumer, as I had to find out that it is not a connected home trainer (no direct connection possible) and that compatibility only applies to a power sensor independent of the home trainer that would need to be mounted on the bike...

Hello, The rear speed Campagnolo EC-CE300 that I purchased is not compatible with the brake lever I had on my previous speed order. So I will have to buy a brake lever again and even if I can find it. So in trouble.

Relatively satisfied with my experience for nearly ten years. This time a return is necessary for a helmet size issue. I discover that return shipping costs are now the responsibility of the sender. 11€ lost in addition to the initial 8€ shipping costs plus a good hour of subscribing and comparing shipping methods. I hope not to forget this bad experience. It's a shame because materiel-velo.com seems a bit like an outsider that we would like to support among all the multisport platforms that risk swallowing the entire market.

My products are at a good price and I appreciate supporting a small structure. However, it has been several orders that I do not receive the email saying that the order has arrived in the store while when I go there, it is indeed there. It's quite annoying, I hope the problem will be corrected

Hello, I am very satisfied with the product received and your company but very disappointed with the delivery. Indeed, received very quickly with a small supplement to have my package at home but as often, the delivery people don't even bother to come to the home to save time. They leave the packages at the nearest pickup point and inform us that there was no one at home. Unfortunately, I was in front of my gate all day. Other than that, it's perfect.
