The Shimano equipment received was already used (very visible assembly marks), damaged (significant scratches and damaged screws), without its original Shimano packaging but in reconditioning plastic bags. It is a Dura Ace brake caliper, sold as new by your establishment. A second product - CeramicSpeed BB86 coated bottom bracket - was received incomplete. Both products have therefore been returned, with a request for a refund.
