The competition is strong in the field of mail order for everything related to cycling. I am loyal to Matériel Vélo which offers most existing products. Communication is easy and the various services are reliable.

For this order it's ok, well packaged, not broken. But it's a shame that there is no possibility to rate when the service is not good, e.g.: order XWTLQPREF rim on promotion and whose delivery price was initially €40 but received after my phone call which lasted 20 minutes to get a consultant and tell me that finally the shipping price is €180! While other sites charge €90. Even with the Elite card, no commercial proposal made to regular customers.

Very fast delivery. The Bontrager Pro 51 wheels are incredible on flat terrain and relatively effective on climbs. The side wind has not yet had a significant destabilizing effect compared to other wheels I have had in 50mm. Thank you.
