After an order over 300 euros, I find it more than limited to have to pay for the return of a product that does not fit. This is not the first time I have had issues with your company online or in-store... having beautiful bikes for sale on your site is not everything, service is essential when you are a merchant. Really very disappointed, I will unfortunately not return to your stores or your site. Such a shame.

The bicycle arrived with some damage from transport, after claiming to Materiel Velo, they sent me a part that had not come or had fallen during transport. It's the risk of buying a bicycle online. But customer service was correct at all times and solved the problem for me.
