The store consistently delivers fast, reliable delivery and keeps orders arriving on or before expected timelines, with careful packaging and orders arriving well as described. Customers highlight smooth ordering experiences, responsive and helpful service, and efficient processing from order placement to shipment, including warranty support and good value for money. Product availability meets expectations with items conforming to descriptions and a focus on strong reliability across purchases. Overall, the experience is described as efficient, dependable, and satisfying, with competitive pricing and clear site information.
The fact that returns are chargeable is not normal. When buying online, it is impossible to know the correct size, so we should be able to return clothing for free if we find a size issue.

Response from Materiel-velo.com
Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion.
We understand your point of view regarding return fees in case of a size error. However, we remind you that, in accordance with our general sales conditions, return costs are the responsibility of the customer when it is an exchange or a return related to a choice or a size error.
This policy complies with current regulations and allows us to maintain competitive prices across our entire catalog. However, we do our best to limit this type of inconvenience, particularly by providing detailed size guides on our product sheets.
We remain at your disposal for any further inquiries and hope to have the pleasure of fully satisfying you in the future.
Best regards,
The Materiel-velo.com team

The preparation and shipping time for the order was too long for me to pick up my order in store on the scheduled date. The cancellation request by phone was not confirmed. I am still waiting. At least a week lost for products I needed quickly.
