Bike material told me that my electric bike, purchased for 4000 € from them two and a half years ago, was not waterproof and could not ride in the rain. Having taken in water, they deemed it irreparable. The manufacturer restored it and told me that bike material did not know how to repair electric road bikes. And I won't even mention the many other troubles I had with their stores. I strongly advise against buying a bike from them. Absolutely to be avoided

After inspection, no structural waterproofing defect was found: the malfunctions seem more related to moisture infiltration due to prolonged use and insufficient maintenance.
