The product received is indeed the one ordered. Only downside is the delivery, but that's specific to the courier

I do not appreciate paying for a return of a jersey, selected according to the indications of the reference table and which turns out to be too small. I will not renew the experience

More than ten days to deliver a package for a shipment proposed within 1 to 2 working days… I still ended up receiving my product (very good by the way) after a change of delivery location. Although unusual, it is disappointing. Best regards,

the choice to ship packages by DPD with home delivery does not work. It is systematically delivered to a pickup point.

Easy product ordering on the site. Collection more complicated in store. Must have the order reference to pick up the voucher which is not specified at the beginning (I thought the name and ID card were enough)

Transport costs too high. To know that upon receiving the package I had to pay another €45 in customs in addition to the transport fee of €43. In conclusion, I will not place any more orders. Plus delivery fees €43.

DPD sent the package to another delivery person. I came twice. Closed. Yet it displays these hours on a notice board. What a shame?
