Good product and fast delivery

Delivery on time and properly packaged.

Package delivered after a 24-hour delay 40 km from my home. Thank you pick up. One star is a rating far too high. A big zero.

Order announced to be delivered in one to two business days in store, we left on vacation without another ten days of order. No reliability.

Order on Thursday received within 48 hours received on Wednesday evening. First tire went very well, but there is a small leak. Very disappointed.

I paid for express shipping to receive my order within 48 hours, I received it the following week a bit disappointed next time I will opt for standard delivery as the price is not the same regards

I ordered two Campagnolo 11-speed chain rivets. I received 1 rivet that matched the order and a second one that was completely different, packaged in a plastic bag and with dimensions not compatible with Campagnolo 11-speed chains. Of course, it's not a disaster, but when you order 2 rivets, you expect to receive 2 that match the order. If it's just a simple mistake, it's not a big deal (to err is human) but I have doubts because the barcodes of the two items were exactly the same. I made a return, and I received a credit. But time and shipping costs were lost. So there is still some room for improvement in the quality of order processing. I would like to specify that on other previous orders I had never had a problem and I still recommend this site for bike equipment.

Order with a 3-week delay

15 days to receive a product advertised in 4 days! I had to contact the site because after a week the order had not been sent, I was told there was a supplier problem. The least they could have done was to inform me of the delay as soon as I placed my order. Next time I will order elsewhere.

Satisfied with the ordered parts, there is just the delay. It was stated in stock and I received an email saying there was a delay in their reception.

product as described but deadline not respected

100 euros for a bike rack that arrived after more than 3 weeks. With missing screws and incorrect mounting distances. Not suitable for a city mountain. I had to play with my press and my file to bend the tubes and recover the mounting points. In the end, it holds but not at all plug and play.

Hello, I bought a bottom bracket with ceramic bearings, T47 mounting. The installation manual was missing and the description lacked a crucial piece of information; the number of notches on the cups. On T47 bottom brackets, depending on the manufacturers, the cups have 12 or 16 notches. As for me, I have a 12-notch tool; and no adapter was provided with the bottom bracket. I will have to order a 16-notch tool. Otherwise, for the rest, nothing to complain about; price, delivery time, everything is OK.

Good customer service, very fast delivery

I requested the delivery of my package to the store, I never received the SMS informing me that it was available. Package arrived in the middle of the week, I contacted customer service who was unable to tell me if the package was available in the store. I went to the store at the beginning of the following week, it was waiting for me, what a waste of time for a simple oversight.
