It is indicated that this protective cover is compatible with all SRAM AXS derailleurs, but it is not compatible with the SRAM S1000 Eagle AXS T-TYPE 12s derailleur. The return shipping costs are at my expense. Compared to the price of the item, I did not return it. I think next time I will go through Amazon.

Perfect in terms of speed and quality. Only one product was not in accordance with my expectations (the photo and description on the site were misleading)

Hello, I had to return the jersey and the shorts at my expense because there is no correspondence between the letter and the measurements on the site. The rest of my order is fine. P.B.

Delivery error, it happens, but the minimum is to do everything possible to rectify it without the customer bearing the costs.

I recommended a jar of cream for shorts (previous purchase 200ml) and I was surprised to receive a very small jar 75ml. I surely was not vigilant enough, the photo is misleading.

4* because when we say colissimo without signature and being disabled receiving it with a signature means going to the post office and it's not practical. Otherwise excellent.

I would have liked a free return for the headset where it was not the right size. Nevertheless, it was done quickly and I was able to order another headset and receive it quickly.
