Very disappointed with this order as it arrived a month after the expected date. A little communication would have changed everything because an order for a 'bike' is never urgent. Moreover, the delivery person never came to my house, as I was present; he left the package with a merchant.

I made a mistake the first time because I did not take the right tire width. I returned it for an exchange. On the second shipment, I received the correct width but in a brown color. I decided to keep them because it would have cost me more to return than to keep the tires. Since this is the only site where I make mistakes, I conclude that it could be better presented to avoid these errors.

Good on sending and speed. However, the product does not match what I ordered. I had ordered tires in 700/32 and those received are measured at 700/27... and regardless of the wheels used... for Roubaix I would be too tight... I will order elsewhere to be sure of what I will receive.

The box arrived torn. The rear wheel axle was sticking out a bit, and the end piece allowing for the correct spacing was lost during transport, so I couldn't put them on my frame. Fortunately, the shop next door found the part for me.
