A product advertised as in stock, but delivered 15 days later because it was actually out of stock. This is not very pleasant, especially when it is a wear part and you end up with a bike immobilized.

Response from Materiel-velo.com Published on 22/10/2025

Hello,

We are sorry for this delay and fully understand the inconvenience caused, especially when it is an essential wear part for the use of your bike.

In some cases, we are dependent on our suppliers' stock, which can exceptionally impact our shipping times, despite an initial indication of stock within 2-4 days. We do our utmost to avoid this type of situation and improve the reliability of our timelines.

Thank you for your understanding,
The Materiel-velo.com team
