The delivery time was too long (more than 15 days), whereas it was indicated 2-4 days at the time of my order. Customer service explained to me that a part was missing but this was not indicated on the site. I was treated very poorly on the phone in the store when I called to find out where my order was: "There's no point in calling, as long as you haven't received it in May". However, it turned out that the order had arrived at the store and I had not been notified. He obviously did not apologize. I will not order from Matériel Vélo again.

Good advice on the material before buying it, order placed on Thursday and received on Saturday, really great. Complete order and delivered without any damage.
