We are sorry that the minimum durability date (MDD) of the products received did not meet your expectations. However, we confirm that the gels ordered were part of a clearance lot, clearly marked as having a short MDD on the product sheet. This also justified the preferential price applied.
For your information, an MDD (formerly "best before date") is not a strict expiration date. Once this date has passed, the product can still be consumed without health risk, although it may slightly lose taste or texture.
