I bought energy bars and gels for sports practice. I didn't pay attention to the very close marketing deadline. This point did not seem very visible on the purchase site. I find myself with 30 gels and 30 bars with average taste and to be consumed very quickly.

Trustworthy site, technical advice before purchase, fast shipping. However, the customer service is not always great depending on who you get. They were unable to help me change a saddle cart screw for Argon 18 on the grounds that the model no longer existed (the bike purchased from them was less than 10 years old). I had to struggle quite a bit to find and order the right screw with its cylinder myself on Amazon.

Original products at a controlled price. Delivery times a bit longer than average but acceptable.

Everything is going very well, except that it creaks, I disassembled the seat post and greased it as well as the seat support, how do we go about the warranty, I can't manage, can you help me, regards

I have never had any problems with my orders on the Materiel-velo.com site until now. However, I was missing a few items (out of stock) during my last order to finalize the improvement of my bike (upgrading from Tiagra group to 105).

This material is sold for Shimano 105, but the bleed fittings do not fit on the brake levers..

Hello, late shipment even though payment was received 8 days prior. The shipment was careful, everything was perfectly packaged. The hardware for the rear disc brake caliper is missing and the bottom bracket housing.

Thanks to the sales team for adapting as best as possible to our request.

Conforms to my order and delivered on time, too bad that for such a small volume the box was rather large. A simple cardboard letter would have been sufficient.

Order of a pair of wheels for my first order on bike equipment, everything went well. The delivery time of 4 days announced because the product was out of stock was respected. I take away one star because the packaging of the wheels was not great, the axle of the rear wheel had pierced the box and was sticking out of the package, luckily it was not damaged except for a few small scratches but for a pair of wheels over €1000 we would have preferred a slightly larger box with better protection including plastic caps on the axles to protect them as I have already had on other pairs of wheels ordered from other sites. Otherwise, the product received was conforming, the order tracking was well updated at each stage and the delivery time was respected even if DPD postponed the delivery from Saturday to Monday because "my establishment was closed" while I was indeed at home.
