I took away one star just because the delivery took more than 10 days, problem between the carrier and the destination relay

The box was too small to accommodate the Zefal protective film, so it ended up bent. A box of good size would have allowed this product to be laid flat. Furthermore, but this is not directly the fault of Matériel-velo, the box arrived damaged (no product was missing or damaged).

Order delivered quickly in a package in good condition and in accordance with my order. However, I found just after one of the products (the Bryton HRM Duo Bluetooth and ANT+ heart rate monitor) cheaper on a competing site; it's a bit frustrating especially since it was to replace a similar defective product from another brand

I would have liked to be notified by email or SMS about the availability of my order in the store for pickup. That was not the case, I had to check the merchant site for the status of the order to know it was delivered and therefore to pick it up.

I received my chain in a plastic case, well accompanied by a paper saying it was new. I would have preferred it in its original packaging.

Order of 2 tires in 28, and upon measuring, it corresponds to 21 (even if the 28 tire was labeled). I asked for verification from more experienced cyclists than me, they confirm that it is 21... Disappointment

I take away one star because the product was not available in stock contrary to what was announced. Aside from this setback, the shipment was quick to Réunion.

I didn't know this store, the website needs modernization but otherwise it has a good variety of products (the accessory I needed I only found here) at good prices

order and delivery carried out quickly. No issues, however, the 11v cassette (11-34) Miche is to be discouraged (warped on Shimano cassette body)

Yes, but could do better! Nothing to say about Matériel-velo: I am fully satisfied with my new shoes. I wouldn't say the same about DPD with whom I have always had problems. Late delivery, approximate and imprecise communication and two days lost waiting in vain to be delivered. Change your provider, please!

I ordered with Colissimo home delivery. I waited at home during the indicated time slot and no one came. I later received an email saying that I had to pick it up at a post office relay point. I have nothing against the products from this site which are good at competitive prices and with good delivery responsiveness. However, the post is known for this...

I received a derailleur cable that wasn't even packed in a small pouch, directly placed in the shipping package!

I am not entirely satisfied with the bike preparation; it was supposed to be ready to ride after turning the handlebars. But the derailleur was not tightened, so a general check was done and several elements were not properly tightened.

There are quite a few products even though shipping remains expensive for overseas territories. One item was poorly packaged and ended up leaking, but very good site.

Very good product, in line with my expectations. The only downside is the packaging, which I found a bit light: the headset was moving around in the box and was not sufficiently secured. Fortunately, it arrived in good condition.

The box was broken when I received it and the boxes surrounding the material, even though it was not damaged.
