Despite the complexity, Nicolas perfectly managed the shipment (following a product error, urgent) and this time it is the right product. Only downside: DPD delivery is a disaster, and it took 3 days for the delivery to be effective....and this is not my first bad experience with DPD!

I can only be disappointed Home trainer received but once assembled I notice it has a defect I am returning it but I am told that it is now considered as a warranty issue and that it has been sent directly back to the manufacturer So now I have no home trainer and not even sure to get it back... when a direct replacement or refund would have been so quick and so customer-friendly...
