Nothing to report, very satisfied with this first order for products not available from my usual supplier (Cassette remover and MTB handle of a particular brand). Very careful packaging and quick delivery (order on Saturday night, received on Wednesday morning in rural area)

After a wrong order, wrong color requested. A single phone call was necessary to modify the order and receive the product. Great.

Change of store after the one in the rose garden refused to let me try a BERRIA bike before buying it. The one in St Cyprien is perfect.

When you are charged an extra fee to be delivered in 24/48 hours, that the ordered products marked "in stock" are sent to you 48 hours later, that I receive my package after a weekend, five days later, and that you are outright "shooed away" while being insulted because you complain about this fact, well I give one star because I can't give zero! I can only imagine what the customer service must be like with such respect for customers. This was my first and last order.

Response from Materiel-velo.com
Hello,
We are sincerely sorry to read your disappointment, even if we wish to provide some important clarifications regarding your order.
No extra charge was applied since the delivery fee of 0.99€ is the normal fee applied for an order over 70€ delivered via DPD to a pickup point.
At the time of your purchase, it was clearly indicated that the products would be shipped within 24 hours, and not delivered within 24 hours. This mention was respected: you placed your order on 02/10, and your package was shipped on 03/10. The delivery time then depended on the carrier, and due to the following weekend, the receipt took place on Monday 06/10, which is within a timeframe consistent with the information communicated at the time of purchase.
We also want to clarify that no insults or inappropriate remarks were made on our part. We are always concerned about respect in exchanges, even in the case of a complaint.
We understand your frustration, but we have not noted any shortcomings in the handling of your order. We remain available if you wish to discuss this constructively.
Best regards,
The Materiel-velo.com team

Great a little delay in order preparation but a very responsive and professional team to communicate the reason for the delay. It could be interesting to develop a timeline showing a theoretical delivery delay and the actual one, depending on constraints encountered before shipping. For example, in my case we were waiting for a part from BMC Switzerland... Good continuation. Sportingly, Augustin
