We would like to sincerely apologize for the delay in the delivery of your order and for the inconvenience caused.

This delay is beyond our control. Indeed, traffic conditions were heavily disrupted due to the recent snow episode, compounded by logistical difficulties related to the high volume of shipments during the end-of-year holidays. These exceptional circumstances unfortunately slowed down the delivery of parcels across the entire transport network.
