A perfect customer experience. Following a small preparation error, I received the wrong item which unfortunately went out of stock in the meantime... I was put in touch with Théo, who was exceptionally professional: he found an immediate solution by replacing my item with a model from the higher range. An exemplary commercial gesture and top-notch responsiveness. I recommend Materiel-velo.com without hesitation!

The delivery was quite long, probably due to the 'preparation' for New Year's Eve at DPD! Those party-goers. No impact on the use of my tire, I do not ride in negative temperatures! Best regards
