When you are charged an extra fee to be delivered in 24/48 hours, that the ordered products marked "in stock" are sent to you 48 hours later, that I receive my package after a weekend, five days later, and that you are outright "shooed away" while being insulted because you complain about this fact, well I give one star because I can't give zero! I can only imagine what the customer service must be like with such respect for customers. This was my first and last order.

No extra charge was applied since the delivery fee of 0.99€ is the normal fee applied for an order over 70€ delivered via DPD to a pickup point.
At the time of your purchase, it was clearly indicated that the products would be shipped within 24 hours, and not delivered within 24 hours. This mention was respected: you placed your order on 02/10, and your package was shipped on 03/10. The delivery time then depended on the carrier, and due to the following weekend, the receipt took place on Monday 06/10, which is within a timeframe consistent with the information communicated at the time of purchase.
We also want to clarify that no insults or inappropriate remarks were made on our part. We are always concerned about respect in exchanges, even in the case of a complaint.
We understand your frustration, but we have not noted any shortcomings in the handling of your order. We remain available if you wish to discuss this constructively.

For your information, an MDD (formerly "best before date") is not a strict expiration date. Once this date has passed, the product can still be consumed without health risk, although it may slightly lose taste or texture.

I made a fairly large order to benefit from reduced shipping costs, but once I validated my gift voucher, the amount dropped to €0, and I had to pay the shipping costs.
