Fast shipping and quality at the appointment, but I placed this order because I went to the store (Villy le Pelloux 74) because there were, according to the bike material site: 2 pieces in stock, and I moved (for nothing) because the stock was wrong!?! and not even a word of apology from the seller :( I am therefore happy with the online sale, but much less with the sale at the aforementioned store.

When a credit cannot be deducted in its entirety because it is incompatible with a simple ongoing promotion, how do you call that?

Bike material told me that my electric bike, purchased for 4000 € from them two and a half years ago, was not waterproof and could not ride in the rain. Having taken in water, they deemed it irreparable. The manufacturer restored it and told me that bike material did not know how to repair electric road bikes. And I won't even mention the many other troubles I had with their stores. I strongly advise against buying a bike from them. Absolutely to be avoided

Response from Materiel-velo.com
We understand your disappointment and regret the situation encountered. Your bike, over three years old, was no longer covered by the manufacturer's warranty. After inspection, no structural waterproofing defect was found: the malfunctions seem more related to moisture infiltration due to prolonged use and insufficient maintenance.
The transfer of the bike to the manufacturer aimed to ensure a complete repair in accordance with the brand's standards, with a precise diagnosis of the entire electrical system.
We remain at your disposal for any additional clarification.

Good information on the site, excellent delivery time, very secure packaging of the products. Last area for improvement: a service for taking back old products (for wheels, or frame or even complete bike) and it would be perfect :) .
