Customer reviews of Materiel-velo.com

This material is sold for Shimano 105, but the bleed fittings do not fit on the brake levers..

Thanks to the sales team for adapting as best as possible to our request.

Overall it's fine

Conforms to my order and delivered on time, too bad that for such a small volume the box was rather large. A simple cardboard letter would have been sufficient.

Fast delivery

Practical, easy to fix but limited space if you put equipment otherwise good

Products conform. Key for telescopic seat Bontrager perfect! Delivery in lockers super!

Very happy, fast delivery just on my bike the front was poorly screwed otherwise the rest is great

Fast delivery, very competitive prices, however, a doubt about the reliability of the pressure tester ordered.

Order of a pair of wheels for my first order on bike equipment, everything went well. The delivery time of 4 days announced because the product was out of stock was respected. I take away one star because the packaging of the wheels was not great, the axle of the rear wheel had pierced the box and was sticking out of the package, luckily it was not damaged except for a few small scratches but for a pair of wheels over €1000 we would have preferred a slightly larger box with better protection including plastic caps on the axles to protect them as I have already had on other pairs of wheels ordered from other sites. Otherwise, the product received was conforming, the order tracking was well updated at each stage and the delivery time was respected even if DPD postponed the delivery from Saturday to Monday because "my establishment was closed" while I was indeed at home.

Order received on time and product conforms.

Order received quickly despite an issue with one of the products.

Equipment OK, no problem. However, I was informed of the delivery only late. I got the info from your site on my customer account.

A bit of a wait for the shipment but maybe out of stock.

Nothing to report.

Price a bit higher, but fast service.

Equipment within standards and delivered quickly.

I am satisfied with my purchase.

Package received quickly. One of the items (small mirror in the handlebar) is not reliable, as it does not hold despite tightening.

Slight delay in delivery but nothing serious, sometimes lacks details on the products and especially lacks large sizes of textiles.

I have been ordering from bicycle equipment for a long time and I am satisfied with the orders.

Not applicable.

I asked questions about returning an item but no response...

Glove size slightly small.

Still haven't received the package after 14 days already.

Order of 2 tires. The company shipped quite quickly. However, shipping costs should be reduced or free. So many shops know how to do it.

Great.

Good presentation.

Product conforms to my order.

Very satisfied with the orders placed on Matériel vélo. Items received conform to the description. Site that I recommend. However, shipping costs are high for deliveries overseas.

The wheels are perfect. Only downside, the brake pads provided have decreased by half from the first outing, Marc.

Delivery time less rapid than competitors...

Delivery as expected.

Product corresponding to what was announced except for the minimalist support. After testing, works perfectly.

Completely satisfied.

Conforms to the description.

Leaking can and packages filled with mineral oil

Order conforms and within the deadlines. Return of the too small jacket required a follow-up.

Great, thank you.

Good experience.
