Following the purchase of 2 Vittoria Corsa Pro tube type tires 700/26c, I am disappointed with my order because installed on my Corima carbon 32ws the diameter measures painfully 24 mm (given for 26). After asking the Vittoria customer service, it is important to have a rim of 19 mm inner measurement. Mine is 16 mm which is why it's 24 instead of 26. At no time in the description on Matériel Vélo.com is this particularity noted. After research, there is a measurement table. Too bad for me.

Your remark is completely understandable: the effective width of a tire can indeed vary depending on the internal width of the rim, as you discovered by contacting Vittoria customer service.
