Complete delivery and the time. Unfortunately, the product does not fit but the return procedure is simple. One star less because the return is at your expense (except for drop-off in a store). A free drop-off at a relay point or for a modest fee would be nice.

I ordered a product available on June 3rd. Without news, I called on June 11th. My interlocutor told me he would inquire and call me back. The next day, without news, I called again. My interlocutor informed me that my package was misreferenced and that it is indeed at the Herblay store. Summary: No information and 2 calls to find out where my package is. I chose you for a 48-hour delivery. I expect a commercial gesture and not vouchers.
