Customer reviews of Materiel-velo.com

Product line out of stock, bike equipment was responsive and offered me another similar product.

no particular issues, very reasonable delivery time, order picked up in store, notified by sms and email, nothing to complain about! already a customer and plan to remain one!

Great!

I did not receive this package

Hello, I had asked you for an offer to adapt the rear wheel from 142mm to 135x9. I certainly have the kit for the 9mm but what about changing the axle to 135. Can you find me a solution with the wheels I have.

I won a gift voucher of 20€. I could have been stingy and bought handlebar tape for 20€. I chose pedals and a chain available according to your site at MV Annecy. I decide to go there because my voucher did not work on the site. Arriving in Annecy, neither of the two items was available. I decide on pedals that the seller offers to send me for 10€ shipping. Back home, I see on the site that the shipping costs are 4€99. In total, these pedals, Time expresso, with the fuel costs, 200 km round trip, come to 100€, gift voucher deducted. Thank you for this gift voucher and thank you MV Annecy.

Speed availability and efficiency

No delivery problem, very (too) well packaged, the shipping price needs to be justified as it is not cheap

Usually I am delighted because of very fast shipping but my last order was a hassle and took a very long time to arrive. Stressful for a cyclist to wait for his tire and heart rate monitor thinking he won't have it in time for his competition. Received after 10 days, phew.

I tested the Fizik saddle during a 90km ride with 1100m of elevation gain in good comfort conditions. Good "value for money"

Material identical to the catalog

no worries

Fast no delivery problem

Very good material

Good product and fast delivery

Delivery on time and properly packaged.

Package delivered after a 24-hour delay 40 km from my home. Thank you pick up. One star is a rating far too high. A big zero.

Order announced to be delivered in one to two business days in store, we left on vacation without another ten days of order. No reliability.

Delivery very long. Slow service... Two negative experiences, I am changing partners.

Material not compliant with the description bought a Dura Ace 52x36 crankset received a 52x34 which is not recommended by SHIMANO. Customer service not very responsive.

We have not received the package

Order on Thursday received within 48 hours received on Wednesday evening. First tire went very well, but there is a small leak. Very disappointed.

Impeccable service. The ordered size was not the right one and the exchange was made without any problem. I really recommend this supplier to the community.

I am surprised that you are removing the packaging, I suppose it is to lighten the package

I am not satisfied with my last order.

I don't note the online site, but the store in Bondues for its welcome and customer follow-up.

Transport not great

I paid for express shipping to receive my order within 48 hours, I received it the following week a bit disappointed next time I will opt for standard delivery as the price is not the same regards

I ordered two Campagnolo 11-speed chain rivets. I received 1 rivet that matched the order and a second one that was completely different, packaged in a plastic bag and with dimensions not compatible with Campagnolo 11-speed chains. Of course, it's not a disaster, but when you order 2 rivets, you expect to receive 2 that match the order. If it's just a simple mistake, it's not a big deal (to err is human) but I have doubts because the barcodes of the two items were exactly the same. I made a return, and I received a credit. But time and shipping costs were lost. So there is still some room for improvement in the quality of order processing. I would like to specify that on other previous orders I had never had a problem and I still recommend this site for bike equipment.

Order with a 3-week delay

15 days to receive a product advertised in 4 days! I had to contact the site because after a week the order had not been sent, I was told there was a supplier problem. The least they could have done was to inform me of the delay as soon as I placed my order. Next time I will order elsewhere.

Satisfied with the ordered parts, there is just the delay. It was stated in stock and I received an email saying there was a delay in their reception.

product as described but deadline not respected

100 euros for a bike rack that arrived after more than 3 weeks. With missing screws and incorrect mounting distances. Not suitable for a city mountain. I had to play with my press and my file to bend the tubes and recover the mounting points. In the end, it holds but not at all plug and play.

It's great

Order compliant and delivery times correct. The guillotine is great, really very comfortable.

Disappointing handlebar mirror as it moves while riding.

Order arrived quickly. No issues on that side.

Hello, I bought a bottom bracket with ceramic bearings, T47 mounting. The installation manual was missing and the description lacked a crucial piece of information; the number of notches on the cups. On T47 bottom brackets, depending on the manufacturers, the cups have 12 or 16 notches. As for me, I have a 12-notch tool; and no adapter was provided with the bottom bracket. I will have to order a 16-notch tool. Otherwise, for the rest, nothing to complain about; price, delivery time, everything is OK.

Good customer service, very fast delivery
