I can only be disappointed Home trainer received but once assembled I notice it has a defect I am returning it but I am told that it is now considered as a warranty issue and that it has been sent directly back to the manufacturer So now I have no home trainer and not even sure to get it back... when a direct replacement or refund would have been so quick and so customer-friendly...

I recently ordered button batteries cr 1632 on your site to replace mine on my Shimano di2 levers. Original Maxell. You sent me Eunicell cr 1632 batteries that do not work at all with my levers. For several days I tried in vain to remedy the problem until I changed the batteries again to Maxell. And everything is back to normal. It works! In conclusion, your batteries are not compatible with Shimano

Bike material told me that my electric bike, purchased for 4000 € from them two and a half years ago, was not waterproof and could not ride in the rain. Having taken in water, they deemed it irreparable. The manufacturer restored it and told me that bike material did not know how to repair electric road bikes. And I won't even mention the many other troubles I had with their stores. I strongly advise against buying a bike from them. Absolutely to be avoided

When you are charged an extra fee to be delivered in 24/48 hours, that the ordered products marked "in stock" are sent to you 48 hours later, that I receive my package after a weekend, five days later, and that you are outright "shooed away" while being insulted because you complain about this fact, well I give one star because I can't give zero! The Shimano equipment received was already used (very visible assembly marks), damaged (significant scratches and damaged screws), without its original Shimano packaging but in reconditioning plastic bags. It is a Dura Ace brake caliper, sold as new by your establishment. A second product - CeramicSpeed BB86 coated bottom bracket - was received incomplete. Both products have therefore been returned, with a request for a refund. It is likely that I will stop all orders on the Matériel Vélo site, which is really regrettable as I regularly order from your site and I am also a customer of the Matériel Vélo store in Dijon.
