The delivery time was too long (more than 15 days), whereas it was indicated 2-4 days at the time of my order. Bike material told me that my electric bike, purchased for 4000 € from them two and a half years ago, was not waterproof and could not ride in the rain. No extra charge was applied since the delivery fee of 0.99€ is the normal fee applied for an order over 70€ delivered via DPD to a pickup point.
At the time of your purchase, it was clearly indicated that the products would be shipped within 24 hours, and not delivered within 24 hours. This mention was respected: you placed your order on 02/10, and your package was shipped on 03/10. The delivery time then depended on the carrier, and due to the following weekend, the receipt took place on Monday 06/10, which is within a timeframe consistent with the information communicated at the time of purchase.
We also want to clarify that no insults or inappropriate remarks were made on our part. We are always concerned about respect in exchanges, even in the case of a complaint.
