Several purchases ok, however the crank screw shown on the site as being dependent on the washer. Finally my washer is fixed. So incompatible dura ace r9000. Seller who on the phone says yes indeed I have the screw in hand and it is not like on the site and half jokingly tells me that the return would cost as much as the refund because return fees at our expense even if misleading product and that if I wanted a free return it was at the nearest store, which is 2 hours away. I do not totally discourage but be vigilant because even their product description is misleading and no support.

A bit disappointed with my experience. The package arrived in a rather degraded state, which suggests that it was not handled with much care, either during its preparation or during transport (DPD). Nothing to say about the textile received, which was in good condition and met my expectations. However, the same cannot be said for the rest of the order: a tube of chain lubricant had a broken cap, and the ceramic grease tube was punctured.

After an order over 300 euros, I find it more than limited to have to pay for the return of a product that does not fit. This is not the first time I have had issues with your company online or in-store... having beautiful bikes for sale on your site is not everything, service is essential when you are a merchant. Very disappointed because the order was placed on January 8 and the package was delivered by DPD on January 23, whereas it was indicated delivery in 2/3 working days. DPD never called me to find a solution for delivery and supposedly could not deliver to the Super U pickup point that I was offered to select as a pickup point. The home trainer seems to be a good product after a first use. Little noise and easy to install.
