Very disappointed because the order was placed on January 8 and the package was delivered by DPD on January 23, whereas it was indicated delivery in 2/3 working days. DPD never called me to find a solution for delivery and supposedly could not deliver to the Super U pickup point that I was offered to select as a pickup point. The home trainer seems to be a good product after a first use. Little noise and easy to install.

You returned a pair of shoes without its original packaging, which normally makes the return non-compliant with our return conditions.
You then indicated that you wanted an exchange for another size, leaving us the choice between two different sizes. We therefore contacted you to find out which specific size you wanted, but no response was received despite our message.
In the absence of a response from you for fifteen days, and in order to close the file, we proceeded to send a replacement order.
We also draw your attention to the fact that your request involved a change of size greater than two sizes, which is not trivial and generally requires explicit validation from the customer, given the constraints of availability and size consistency.
We are sincerely sorry if you perceived unsatisfactory treatment from our after-sales service. However, we believe we have done what was necessary to respond favorably to your request, despite an initially non-compliant situation with the return conditions.

Indeed, traffic conditions were heavily disrupted due to the recent snow episode, to which were added logistical difficulties related to the high influx of shipments during the end-of-year holidays. Good product, properly packaged. 3 stars for the shipping delay, having supply issues is okay, but given the initial shipping delay announced on the site, it was not feasible for a product that was not in stock. For a first purchase, this does not instill confidence for a future purchase regarding shipping times.
