Description and comments not representative of the product received. Returned at my expense. Long-time customer, I feel that the service is degrading.

I ordered wheels with disc and cassette mounting (mounting offered by the site) upon receipt and despite going through the workshop, the wheels arrived with the components not mounted. After claiming, I received a voucher equivalent to the value of the assembly but then I had to find someone to assemble the parts when I had chosen this site for this service. Finding a bike shop to assemble material that was not purchased from them is not great. I think there was a communication failure between the sales department and the assembly workshop which is not very serious and detrimental to the customer. For the rest, the ordered products are excellent and I think the site will do everything to improve its service

I had paid to be delivered at home and the carrier left my order 10 km away in a store without notifying me, that's borderline.

The site is well presented. The payment methods are diversified (including instant bank transfer which is appreciated). Delivery and in-store pickup are well organized.
