Product conforms to my expectations and my order, no issues with the product. However, the order was placed on 07/23, I had to call customer service on 07/28 because my order was still pending processing while the products were in stock. I received my order on 07/30. Usually, the delays are much shorter, I suppose this was due to the summer period.

The pump is very good, the responsiveness of Materiel-vélo is very good. However, the delivery could be improved. The announced 48 hours quickly turned into a week. A week is fine for me, I don't need everything right away, but when a performance is announced, it should be adhered to. This is called professionalism; it's not just about making commercial talk. I feel like DPD is used to this.
