Overall, the experience is described as efficient, dependable, and satisfying, with competitive pricing and clear site information.
I had ordered a 120 stand and I received a 100. The process to return it is cumbersome. My stay ends in mainland France and if I have to order another one from New Caledonia, I will incur high shipping costs.

The package was supposed to arrive within 1 to 2 days and took 5 days to be delivered. I do not wish to put pressure on the already pressured delivery people but, I who was counting on a quick delivery, would not have ordered there if I had known the actual waiting time.

More than ten days to deliver a package for a shipment proposed within 1 to 2 working days… I still ended up receiving my product (very good by the way) after a change of delivery location. Although unusual, it is disappointing. Best regards,
