the choice to ship packages by DPD with home delivery does not work. It is systematically delivered to a pickup point.

Easy product ordering on the site. Collection more complicated in store. Must have the order reference to pick up the voucher which is not specified at the beginning (I thought the name and ID card were enough)

Transport costs too high. To know that upon receiving the package I had to pay another €45 in customs in addition to the transport fee of €43. In conclusion, I will not place any more orders. Plus delivery fees €43.

I received the order on time. But I must report that the package was probably poorly made as it was replaced by the carrier. Nothing was missing, but still be careful!

A little lack of information about the process. I had to call to make sure it was in order. Then delivery without issues.

Complete delivery and the time. Unfortunately, the product does not fit but the return procedure is simple. One star less because the return is at your expense (except for drop-off in a store). A free drop-off at a relay point or for a modest fee would be nice.

As a customer with you, I had never been disappointed. However, I was very disappointed with my last order. I ordered a sleeveless jersey and a bib shorts after a phone call to ask for your advice, I placed the order and there, jersey xl too small and bib shorts xl too big. So return at my expense. I will no longer order outfits from you, because if I have to pay return shipping every time it is not interesting. With other sites, exchanging for another size is free. However, I have never been disappointed with the material orders. In conclusion, I will trust a specialized seller for outfits. Best regards.

Impeccable except for the delivery rerouted to another day at another address: flee Chronopost, accustomed to this maneuver.
