I ordered a pair of DT Swiss Arc 1400 wheels that I paid for. They were sold and I never received them.

Fast delivery, correct price. Perfect customer service, I had made a mistake with the reference for the pots and I was able to cancel my order and place another one without any problem.

Good evening, I suppose this situation is independent of your will, however, I had to wait two weeks to receive my package due to a stock shortage. However, during this time, the product remained available for sale online with a delivery time announced of 2 to 4 days, which surprised me. This is the first time this has happened to me so I do not hold it against you and I will continue to order from your site.
