I bought on the site to be able to return the item in case the size doesn't fit. Too bad the store can't take back the items

Delivery in 24/48h requested. The package left Materiel vélo in more than 24h. Therefore, it is impossible to be on time. However, you were very responsive to the issues encountered with the delivery company.

Light wheel packaging, I received my package damaged with the hub protruding on the outside. A small dent, but it’s not pleasant.

Response from Materiel-velo.com
Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

We are sorry to hear that your package arrived damaged and that the packaging did not meet your expectations. Even if the impact seems minor, we fully understand that this can be disappointing, especially for a sensitive product like wheels.

We take your comment into account and will immediately forward it to our logistics department to enhance the care taken in packaging this type of item. The goal is, of course, to prevent this from happening in the future.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you need anything else.

Best regards,
Théo

I confirm the previous reviews: the Velcro straps are too short, in my case, it’s just about okay. Given this design flaw, these sandals are too expensive.
