My last order contained only products in stock and I waited more than a week before the shipment of my order. I tried several times to reach customer service by phone, no response, and yet during business hours, I finally received a response by email telling me that my package was blocked due to a product not in stock, while it was in stock at the time of ordering.

Response from Materiel-velo.com
Hello Johan,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sorry to hear that your order was delayed and that you had difficulties reaching our customer service. As mentioned in our email exchanges, one of the references in your order (the SRAM quick releases) was indicated as shipping within 2-4 days, thus requiring restocking. Additionally, we had the July 14 holiday. Therefore, the shipping time was necessarily slightly longer, and we are sorry for that.
However, we remain at your disposal by email or phone during your next order to offer a gesture on a future order.
Best regards,
The Materiel-velo.com team
