The seller does not guarantee the product due to malfunction as stipulated in article 1603 of the civil code and asks you to deal directly with the manufacturer.

Response from Materiel-velo.com
Hello,

We understand your dissatisfaction regarding the handling of your product.

In some cases, particularly for electronic accessories, several manufacturers request to be in direct contact with the consumer. This approach allows them to receive technical information without intermediaries and to analyze the malfunction more effectively. It also happens that certain manipulations or verifications, carried out directly with their support, can quickly resolve the situation without requiring a product return.

Our goal remains, of course, to assist you as best as we can, and we remain available if needed to facilitate your exchanges with the manufacturer or to provide any additional help.

Best regards,
The Materiel-velo.com team

Easy to install combs despite needing to adapt the internal support (remove lugs) preventing the installation of the handle bodies on a Ritchey carbon aero handlebar
