The delivery was quite long, probably due to the 'preparation' for New Year's Eve at DPD! Those party-goers. No impact on the use of my tire, I do not ride in negative temperatures! Best regards

Serious follow-up, attentive salespeople and good advice over the phone, good communication about issues (delivery delay without severity) and spontaneous commercial gesture. I will return.

Order placed 1 week ago on the bicycle equipment website. A mistake on my part in choosing a color led me to contact the order tracking service. I want to highlight the professionalism of my contact - named Alexis if I remember correctly - who showed a sense of customer relations and service that was really appreciated. Everything was adjusted on time. Very positive shopping experience on my part.
