Great choice of products and very reasonable prices. Generally, delivery is super fast, but this time the delivery person did not deliver the package to the requested pickup point and delivered it instead 18 km away from my home. However, on the day of delivery, the requested store was indeed open from 7 am to 9 pm, so there was no reason not to deliver there.

The box was too small to accommodate the Zefal protective film, so it ended up bent. A box of good size would have allowed this product to be laid flat. Furthermore, but this is not directly the fault of Matériel-velo, the box arrived damaged (no product was missing or damaged).

I ordered a sleeveless jersey and a bib shorts after a phone call to ask for your advice, I placed the order and there, jersey xl too small and bib shorts xl too big. So return at my expense. I will no longer order outfits from you, because if I have to pay return shipping every time it is not interesting. With other sites, exchanging for another size is free. However, I have never been disappointed with the material orders. In conclusion, I will trust a specialized seller for outfits. Best regards.
